About
Checkly turns your calendar into a checklist. Create events with your
preferred reminder times applied automatically, mark them as to-dos, and check
them off as you go. Unfinished to-dos past their end time stay on your list
with a red overdue warning and trigger an urgent notification.
FAQ
- Why does Checkly ask for full calendar access?
- Checkly reads your upcoming events and creates or updates events in your
calendar. Everything stays on your device — no data is ever sent anywhere.
- Why does "DONE" appear in my event titles?
- When you check off a to-do, Checkly appends "DONE" to the event's title
in your calendar. That's how completion syncs to all your devices and other
calendar apps. Unchecking the item removes it again.
- What counts as an overdue to-do?
- A to-do item that wasn't checked off before its end time. It stays in
your list with a red warning until you complete it, and an urgent
notification fires at the end time.
- I denied calendar access. How do I turn it on?
- Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars → Checkly and choose
Full Access.
- Does Checkly work with Google Calendar / other calendars?
- Yes — Checkly works with every account you've added to the built-in
Calendar app (iCloud, Google, Exchange, and more).
